Very satisfied

I am a leather worker and wear leather pants for my job. Here is the deal with these exquisite trou:
1. The leather is about 4oz, uniform top grain and are actually really BUFFALO splits, (although it dosen't actually say that on anywhere but one can tell the diff between sheep, swine, cow, deer, elk and buffalo).
2. The lining is polyester and will probably last a couple of years, typical for this kind of clothing.
3. The dye job is not the plastic looking pigmented spray you usually see with these kind of clothes, but a nice uniform, soft dye that takes glycerine, (saddle soap), very well, (recommend you give these at least two good coats when you first get them before wearing).
4. The makers were sharp enough to use thicker parts of the splints for diff parts of the garmet...very wise, and technical of them.
5. Stitching was 5grade polyester thread, and I could not find ONE place where the walker arm on the industrial sewing maching bound up an d caused crapping stitching...excellent.
6. Commercial leather clothing, (as apposed to custom), are designed to a general fit. If you are sporting a protruding gut with skinny legs, you will be best to go about 2inches above your waist size. If you are slender, better stay close to your reg. measurments. If you have large thighs, these pants are going to be tight on you.
7. These are the absolute BEST I have come across in about 40yrs of making, wearing and appreciating leather clothing and this company packed and shipped them just like they should.
